Folks will be pouring in through the day and into the night. The Board of Directors will hash out last minute details with the hotel management. A truckload of gear will have to be offloaded, the registration room set up for business--in a new location.
It's a lot to do. It takes a good dose of hocus pocus and Navy magicianship
